Your recommendation meeting is confirmed
Thank you for booking your recommendation meeting with me.
You should receive a confirmation email shortly with the meeting date, time and Microsoft Teams details. The Teams invitation will appear near the bottom of the booking confirmation.
I look forward to taking you through the recommendations and explaining how the different parts of the plan fit together.
What happens next
You do not need to prepare anything extensive before the meeting.
The purpose of the recommendation meeting is to explain:
- what I am recommending
- why I believe the recommendations are suitable
- the alternatives considered
- the main advantages, disadvantages and risks
- the charges and costs involved
- how the recommendations fit into your wider financial plan
I will take you through the advice clearly and give you the opportunity to ask questions throughout.
You will not be expected to make an immediate decision during the meeting.
If you would like time to review the recommendations afterwards, or if a separate Q&A meeting would be helpful, we can arrange that.

A few things worth thinking about before the meeting
What matters most to you?
Think about the outcomes that are most important, such as retirement flexibility, simplifying your finances, protecting your family or creating clearer long-term security.
What would you like explained in more detail?
You may have questions about pensions, investments, tax, charges, access, risk or how the recommendations work in practice.
Is anything still unclear?
Consider any areas from our earlier conversations where you still feel uncertain or would like further explanation.
Who should attend?
If the recommendations affect your spouse or partner, it may be helpful for them to join the meeting where possible.
I look forward to taking you through the plan
Thank you again for booking.
The purpose of the meeting is to make sure you understand what has been recommended, why it has been recommended and what the next step would involve.
Please bring any questions you have.
We can work through them together.
